You can scan all files or use the extensions list,scan specified location,save a log file,clean Recycle Bin,view running processes and information about the system.Can repair infected files and have a nice progressbar where the activity is presented.Adjust Window settings,scan options and reporting service.
Shows you total physical memory,total and available virtual memory,CPU and memory usage and others.
At System optimizer have shortcuts to clean manager,control panel,disk defragment,registry editor ,security center,system config,system info,system restore,task manager and Windows Explorer.
