Media can be tracked across multiple locations for your company, as well as multiple off-site storage providers if required. Automatic expiry notifications will remind you of when backup media should be destroyed/recycled, helping you reduce your off-site storage costs. Built in security permit you to control which users have access to the various areas of Mediastate. Using Internet Information Server and Microsofts SQL databases, you can scale your solution from a single user to the enterprise.
