You can drag and drop to arrange your albums and make labels to create new groups. Picasa makes sure your pictures are always organized. Also makes advanced editing simple by putting one-click fixes and powerful effects at your fingertips.Makes it a snap to share your pictures, you can email, print photos home, make gift CDs, instantly share via Hello, and even post pictures on your own blog. Create,manage and share photo albums.Now you can free download Picasa. Is a photo organizer provided by Google .After the installation, Picasa will ask you to scan computer for finding all your images (you can set to scan just some folders like My Documents or My Pictures).
Is competing with other image managers like ACDSee or Adobe Photoshop.Anyway, Adobe is for professionals and other two are from home work and fun.

Allows to create photo albums and group pictures in folders. Graphic options are very well worked . You can send image to email directly from this free software .Can use Gmail account or Outlook Express.Can send to your blog ,export,print or order a printing on Internet (if you do not have a photo printer).
You can add a photo to an album or to a screensaver .
What actions can you perform with this tool to a picture ? Can set the lightness, crop, use auto color or auto contrast and use I am feeling lucky function (the qualities will be automatically done).

The zoom function is very good and very easy to use (you have a small screen in the right,near down, were you can drag the picture opened with Picasa and set the zoom (in our out) by dragging the horizontal blue bar in the left (zoom out) or in the right side (zoom in).
