Quotes can be prepared with up to 3 different run quantities, can the cost for each of these quotes is changed instantaneosly by changing the stock, press, binding method etc. Once a quote progresses to a job, one of the chosen quote quantities can be selected, and the costing reflects these costs. With the software up to 10 different customised documents can be created using variables from the quotes and jobs.
