IrfanView is an image viewer.It is very fast,small, compact and easy to use. Can resize images and add some effects to photos.Some options: Slideshow (save slideshow as EXE/SCR or burn it to CD),show EXIF/IPTC/Comment text in Slideshow/Fullscreen etc..
