Makes easier the translation of your source code by putting the quoted strings in your source files in a file with only those strings putting on the source code the code to load those strings, then you can translate the file/s with the message strings and load it from on or another directory depending on the language selected by the user for your software.
It now supports only the source languages C/C++ and TCL.
