At setup can choose language (English or Deutch) and the folder were you want to be installed .Can perform a custom or a full installation (have 3 options and we recommend to use custom install). For signing up an account you need Flash Player to be installed. have a very nice design,better than Google Talk.At registration you will receive an ICQ number.Some features: edit your profile :nickname,first and last name,gender,birthday,additional comments,street address,work address,home page,interests etc. change you status in away,online,not available,invisible etc.; set to start in the left or in the right side of your screen,separate from other applications;sign out and exit.
Options:1. Customization-general contain the setting for appearance. - tweak allow to choose sounds and select languages.- notifications is about when and how to receive notes and informations from message center. - message files allow to apply emoticons,set the text direction,timestamp display etc.2. How is working Add contact? Click Add contact and search for a friend by username.Can add a friend name as a phone contact or as an AOL screen name .You can sort groups by name,popularity and status .
You can send SMS messages with ICQ (type the number and click send; a new window will appear and you can write the sms message ).Many options will open new browsing windows , maybe that Explorer is not so popular as MSN messenger,for example.

Clicking the photo avatar, a new window will appear and will go to your internet homepage,based on your number .here you can start a blog or personalize your profile.Also,here you can change the picture and find dating partners.It is working as a browser ,too.On your page you can search informations on the web and personalize you page .
