SeriCon is a univeral serial (COM) port control program;an be universally used to read and display some signals from your hardware. For each bit, not only the level(high or low) but also its time-related pieces of information, that is, the count of level changes, and the high and low level durations of the pulse, can be displayed.RTS and DTR, can be universally used to generate and send static or dynamic signals with variable specifications(periods, high and low level durations, numbers of cycles).
