With OLfolders, sharing Outlook contacts is as easy as sharing a network drive. You need at least two computers and a network between them.It works like sharing a network drive, Outlook connects to any amount of data within less then a second, displaying all data from the server. If the user opens any email, attachment, contact or any other object, the data is transferred to the client. While one client is modifying an element, it is write-protected for all other clients.

Starting from 2 up to unlimited clients can connect to data stored on the OLfoldersServer. OLfolders can co-exist ideally in an existing MS Exchange environment, for example to produce additional public folders for a group or project and without loosing the connection to Microsoft?s Exchange Server. For offline access, data can be replicated using our add-on QSynchronization a synchronisation program for Notebooks.
