While encode can set reaction delay factor,averaging period,smoother ,quntization type,interlaced encoding,quarter pixel,global motion compensation who maintain quality of the image,quantizer ratio and offset.
Select a shape of a pixel between 4:3 PAL ,4:3 NTSC ,16:9 PAL or swuare by default.In XviD aspect ratio is written to MPEG4 bitstream but will be ignored if video stream is encapsulated.
Target bitrate in kbps and use zones for frames.Can begin with keyframe ,greyscale encoding and enable chroma optimizer.
