FLV Player is used to play videos maded in .flv format. >ARROW-RIGHT - jump 5 seconds forward
>CTRL-2 - zoom to 200%
>CTRL-1 - zoom to 100%
>CTRL-W - close window
>ARROW-LEFT - jump 5 seconds backward
>CTRL-I - show info (meta data sheet)
>CTRL-V - paste and play URL
>TAB - hide/show all interface elements (video is still draggable).
>CTRL-ENTER - toggle full screen mode
>ESC - return from full screen mode
>CTRL-O - open file…
>SPACE - toggle play/pause

Generally sites who are presenting videos have a problem with bandwidth because videos with good quality need more resources and Internet speed to play. FLV is the best and most popular format to play them;very good quality and the files are with small sizes.
