      DVD-lab is my answer to the many DVD authoring packages out there which all try to restrict user or put him in a box of pre-canned DVD templates. I decided to write a DVD authoring tool which will combine a modern professional interface with easy to use approach, it wouldnt be hard to learn and it will give the user the freedom to create what they want. DVD-lab is built on a very strong Developer Studio-like model. This has a very good reason. Unlike any other DVD authoring tool of this kind you can actually totally reorganize the interface to suit your needs. All Windows are dockable and un-dockable. (Works with multiple monitors as well). What is beneath is a very powerful multi-tasking engine. DVD-lab Authoring will surprise you by its overall speed and light feel, adding chapters and scrolling through a movie being a breeze. While you compile the movie you can actually do other things, even work on other DVD. It has integrated menu creation, connection module and DVD burning module. DVD-lab Authoring doesnt hide from you advanced aspects of DVD creation yet it covers your back. For example it does Auto-Routing for buttons on menu, but you can switch it off and route the buttons as you like. Here are some key features of DVDlab Authoring : Movies You can have 99 titles on your DVD. The software support elementary mpeg streams (or it can demultiplex program stream) 4:3 or 16:9 aspects, NTSC and PAL. As input you can use elementary mpv, mpeg, VOB or Panasonic VRO. With PRO version you can have both aspect ratios on one DVD thanks to Multiple VTS. Audio MPEG, AC-3, DTS, WAV, AIFF is supported. From stereo to 6 channel Dolby Digital, you can use it all. PRO version can have up to 8 audio channels in each movie.
