ELPhotoX is ActiveX DLL which encapsulates most important image processing routines. With ELPhotoX library you can load and save image files, convert image files into disparate image formats, read and write EXIF information, extract frames from video files, use batch mode processing, apply various adjustments, photographic effects and filters to images, rotate and scale image, render geometrical primitives like as line, rectangle, ellipse, square spline, Bezier spline etc. Also you can add text in image, draw with like tools as brush and pen.
