Send Echo 2.3

A software ping utility with additional features. It tests the accessibility of a specified host on your local network or on the Internet and measures the connection speed to that host. Send Echo 2 can send out echo requests to a target computer automatically. It can be used to determine when that host will be available. An import from Internet Explorer function allows you to ping Web Hosts much faster. The program is provided as only one executable file.
