No accounting or tax knowledge is required. The instrument can be learned in minutes by just following the Instruction Diagram on the Main Window. You only need to benefit the built-in moment clock or timesheet to record employees? work hours, or you can enter employees? gross pay amounts directly. On payday, all you have to do is to click on the Process Paycheck button to produce the paychecks for all employees at once. This instrument calculates federal tax withholding, Social Security tax, Medicare tax, and withholding tax for all states, including local tax, SUI, and SDI (if applicable). It prepares the State Employer?s Contribution & Wage reports for all states and Federal Tax Forms 941, 940-EZ, 940, W-2, W-3, 1099-Misc, and 1096. Auto Payroll generates up-to-the minute payroll tax liabilities, labor expenses, moment and attendance reports. This software handles all pay periods, hourly, salaried, commissioned, non-employee workers, user-defined deduction and income categories.
