When you have history extracted for a profile, selecting any contact of profile in the left tree will show you all messages of conversation between profile owner and chosen contact. The messages are sorted by date and time sent ascending (the earlier messages go first, most recent ones are at the end of the list).

First search for YM IDs and after that,right click on an ID and press "Read history". You can copy these conversations in other file.
