Description:

PelScreen is a simple and flexible screen recording, capturing and editing software product. It provides users with an easy way to record, capture and manipulate screen video and images. It is designed with an intuitive use user interface. It comes with a set of standard drawing tools. The drawing tools are easy of use and versatile, allowing users to easily manipulate the screen images captured.

The most interesting feature from Pelscreen 3.0 is that it provides an interesting method to alter a video clip while it's be recorded by stamping animated gif images on to the frames of a video clip. The animate gif image can be moved cross video screen by simply moving the mouse cursor.

PelScreen can record audio from selective sound source supported and produce the video clips as standard FLV video format, compatible with YouTube.
