Canadian Mortgage Calculator is a useful tool that allows you to enter the principal, interest and length of the mortgage and calculate the payment.The program will also show and printout a detail breakdown of each payment, showing amount of interest paid, principal paid and amount of principal left. Can calculate for both US and Canadian mortgages.

A simple software whitout many options, but it make the main job. Select the country (US or Canada), enter the principal ammount of debt (total sum), interest rate and length in years. Click on Submit button and will display monthly rate payment. You can print it directly.
