RQ Money helps you to manage and plan all your personal financial transactions and also allows you to generate useful reports and detailed statistics.
Right from beginning, the application prompts you to make all the necessary configurations before start using it. You can select a different language from those supported, change the forms background color and the symbols used for lists categories, set the period for scheduled payments, enable files backup on exit and others.
You can create a new database in three steps – choose the name and location, select currency and set password protection – and after that start making records.
In order to add new debit/credit transactions into database, you have to make at least one record for each of the Persons, Categories (including subcategories) and Accounts lists, and then select a date, the transaction type and fill in the amount. You can also export transaction as PDF, CSV and XLS files.
In addition, you can write and schedule payments, preview a scheduling calendar with daily/monthly summary, generate a monthly budget and compare transactions as well as display table and chart statistics.
