Free Photo Slide Show can display an entire folder (including subfolders) containing images in various formats (jpg, gif, tiff, bmp, png, tga, wmf and others) by simply selecting the folder. Full screen mode is also supported.
From Options you can choose to display the photos randomly, change the slides manually or automatically at a specified time interval, resize images to fit the monitor, change the background color or add an image and apply transitions (100 different effects).
