Finale NotePad 2012 is a professional music notation software that allows you to create your own musical compositions, quick and easy.
When creating a new music page, a setup wizard will help you make all the necessary settings - name the document, choose the page size and orientation and also select the instruments you want to use for your scores such as piano or organ keyboards, trumpet, violin, guitar tablature etc. as well as the time and key signatures.
Then you can start adding notes into the staff, lyrics and dynamics/tempo markings as well as percussion notes indicating which instrument you are about to use.
Furthermore, one can play the music (or other MIDI, MusicXML files imported) using the built-in player, send the document to printer or export it as MusicXML file format, keeping the original sounds and graphical elements.
