AD Sound Recorder is a sound record program. It can record live streaming audio from the internet, audio from films and music played by the most popular media players as well as from any source of your sound card. It sustains uncompressed audio WAV or compressed audio MP3 and WMA format.

Wide range of recording format settings including VBR are accessible. Real-time sound visualiztion lets you check the selected sound source and adjust its volume on the fly to avoid sound clipping. The program sustains the hot keys that make start or stop the recording quickly either the program is in a normal window or in a minimized one on the taskbar. You can record WAV file of high quality and then transform it to MP3 with a bitrate as you wish.

It has a build-in player so you can play a file just after recording. The file list window lets you see all important information about the recorded files such as file name, format, bitrate, recording mode, size, date and time of a file creation. The program enables you to rename or delete any file. It has a built-in ID3 TAGs editor.
