svchost.exe is a native Windows process. Is a part of Windows operating system functionality. Press CTRL+Alt+Del and choose Task manager -> Processes to view it.
On a single computer is normal to run multiple instances of svchost.exe
But some viruses may be disguised as svchost.exe file. You can check what processes are in the background of each service with right click and then
Go to service.
You will see highlighted what applications are in the back of each process.
